This leadership position oversees the kitchen team and is a member of the Visitor Experience team. In addition, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, hiring and coordinating the workers and resources of the Angel Village Cafe department by providing a positive and constructive work environment conducive to conceiving, preparing, and creating healthy vegan lunches, as well as catering all events sanctuary-wide and as requested by external customers. Stabilizing and lowering labor & food costs while finding healthy, fresh, cost-effective, yet gourmet ingredients is of the highest priority.
