As the Campaign Operations Manager, you will lead a 5 person Operations team that builds, QAs and launches hundreds of high quality CRM campaigns per year . You will partner closely with the Consumer Lifecycle team to ensure each campaign has the right staffing, has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for your team’s high quality campaign delivery rate goal and partner with Martech, Product and Analytics to identify opportunities for further improvement across our Campaign Operation processes and tools. This role will report to the Head of Cx Campaign Operations.
