The Manager, Grocery Selection Strategy will lead selection strategy across our portfolio of online and in-store grocery formats. In this role, you will lead a team that owns the end-to-end strategy, requirements, and methodology used to build and continuously improve a robust, data-driven selection framework spanning multiple grocery formats. You will manage a team of professionals, while partnering closely with Category, Product, Tech, and BI teams to develop automated selection tools, multi-metric ranking models, and regional selection frameworks. This role requires both strong managerial presence and analytical rigor to drive measurable business impact. You will own your programs, mechanisms, and metrics end-to-end—from requirements definition through launch, iteration, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong business and product sense with a solid understanding of technical concepts. You can think strategically, analyze data, influence without authority, and provide strong customer service support. You must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, analytical talent, ability to influence, and exceptional communication skills are essential to success in this role.
