Manager, City Operations: The Manager, City Operations sits within the City Operations team and reports to the Director, City Operations. This role will lead the integrated planning and delivery of city services for a defined portfolio of LA28 competition and non-competition venues. It will serve as a primary relationship manager with municipal partners and play a key role in coordinating external operations (activities outside of Olympic Venues) across functional areas to support seamless Games-time execution. This role will develop integrated city service operational plans for a subset if LA28 venues by coordinating requirements across internal teams (e.g., transportation, security, and venue management) and external municipal partners, including city managers and service departments. The Manager, City Operations will act as a primary point of contact for municipal counterparts, leading cross-partner planning sessions and building strong working relationships to shape Games-time operations and refine service delivery. This position will also support the negotiation and documentation of operational roles and service commitments, working closely with municipal partners and internal teams to help deliver world-class Games-time operations for athletes, spectators, and local communities.
