About The Position

We’re looking for a Manager of Client Operations in our Jacksonville location! The Manger of Client Operation’s primary responsibility is to lead, mentor, and manage the Client Operations team within his or her designated specialty. In addition, a large emphasis is placed on the execution and embodiment of Beeline’s unparalleled customer service vision and strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Breadth to solve end-to-end problems for our customers and deliver on-target solutions
  • Proven track record of successfully working across departments
  • Leadership skills to manage a team and influence internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Direct, establish, and improve overall methodology and policies to achieve consistency and high performance across the Client Operations discipline
  • Ensure Client Operations is aligned with Relationship Management and Centers of Excellence teams, in order to create a positive working relationship with our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Be the advocate and liaison for Customer Success department while supporting internal departments
  • Effectively manage the performance of Client Operations employees
  • Assist Client Operations Managers in establishing an operational roadmap for their clients
  • Ensure that Client Operations employees have the necessary product and client knowledge to provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Recruit, manage, train, and motivate staff according to company procedures, policy, and employment law
  • Communicate with client leadership and serve as the client’s escalation point for operational activity
  • Perform client visits when necessary to promote and foster positive Beeline relationship
  • Work with the Professional Services Organization to ensure smooth transitions from implementation, stabilization, and ultimately steady state
