As a Manager, Client Partner, you will own day‑to‑day client delivery for a defined scope - either leading SMB client relationships end‑to‑end or owning a workstream/segment within a larger client - while managing and developing a small team. You’ll translate client goals into clear plans and priorities, monitor performance rigorously, and deliver concise “what / so‑what / now‑what” updates in client touchpoints. You’ll maintain strong relationships with day‑to‑day stakeholders, escalate risks early, and partner with Directors/Group Directors for positioning, trade‑offs, and more complex governance decisions.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in client delivery, account leadership, consulting, or adjacent roles in performance marketing/integrated media.
  • Demonstrated experience leading executional planning and running day‑to‑day client delivery for a defined scope; comfortable presenting clear updates and recommendations in client touchpoints.
  • Comfort working with performance data and reporting: QA, anomaly detection, and turning data into concise “what / so‑what / now‑what” narratives.
  • 1+ years of people leadership (or strong team leadership experience) including coaching, prioritization, and quality control.
  • Strong collaboration skills across channels, analytics, and product; knows when to escalate for advanced measurement or complex stakeholder issues

Responsibilities

  • Understand the client’s immediate business goals, audience, and constraints for assigned accounts/workstreams; maintain day‑to‑day relationships and expand stakeholder mapping beyond the primary contact.
  • Own executional planning and baseline strategic tasks (e.g., brief interrogation, competitor scan) for your scope, with Director guidance on positioning and trade‑offs.
  • Monitor performance rigorously; draft clear “what / so‑what / now‑what” POVs; ensure reporting transparency; escalate risks early.
  • Align staffing/hours to scope within your clients; surface upsell/cross‑sell signals to the most senior client relationship owner.
  • Contribute channel/workstream sections in new business pitches as an SME (especially for SMB pursuits or within larger pitch teams).
  • Use the product suite for reporting, QA, and client storytelling within your scope; explain core features and data limitations relevant to your workstream or client set.
  • Apply tools to optimize campaigns and communications; document bugs/data issues and execute QA playbooks.
  • Actively troubleshoot and provide structured feedback to Product via your Pod Leader; champion adoption within the Pod.
  • Pull, reconcile, and QA data across platforms for your scope; identify anomalies and engage Analytics/Econometrics when advanced methods are needed (e.g., MMM, incrementality).
  • Craft concise data stories with recommended actions (“what / so‑what / now‑what”) and co‑present to clients with Director/Group Director sponsorship when appropriate.
  • Understand core platform data structures and measurement frameworks; use appropriate escalation paths for advanced analytics support.
  • Demonstrate strong depth in a primary domain and growing cross‑channel literacy; articulate how channels are measured and contribute to the mix for your clients.
  • Apply basic inventory/economic model thinking for your channel(s) to inform trade‑offs and recommendations.
  • Communicate “product + measurement + channel” in client‑ready language and align to Tinuiti ways of working in briefs, plans, and reviews.
  • Take accountability for outcomes within your scope; run after‑action reviews, share learnings, and adapt quickly as priorities change.
  • Build strong internal relationships and collaborate across channel and product teams; flag thoughtfully framed cross‑sell ideas to leaders.
  • Contribute to new business through relevant case inputs and scope clarity.
  • Effectively manage a high‑performing team with clear goals, expectations, and regular coaching; run effective 1:1s, feedback, and quality reviews; hold the team to values and performance.
  • Build early leadership bench strength by delegating stretch work, pairing mentors, and recognizing wins; support change communications and adoption.
  • Drive a product‑led mindset within the Pod; ensure process and standards adoption on your team.
