About The Position

Dell Medical School is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations RN Purpose The Manager, Clinical Operations RN oversees the daily operations of clinical departments within the healthcare system, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, this role collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing policies, and overseeing budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum of 5 year(s) of nursing experience in a clinical setting and 2 year(s) of supervisory experience.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration with at least 7 year(s) of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
  • Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML), or Nurse Executive-Board Certified (NE-BC).

Responsibilities

  • Manages daily clinical operations to ensure efficiency.
