About The Position

The Commercial Marketing Manager at Baccarat North America plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial marketing strategy for our prestigious luxury house. The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across the critical Retail, Wholesale, and Independent Retailer business channels, enhancing brand presence in the North American market, and working alongside a dynamic team of professionals in the US and internationally. The Commercial Marketing Manager will also work alongside the Brand Marketing Manager in support of the Head of Marketing in a variety of activities as directed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and elevate the Baccarat brand to new heights within the luxury sector. Essential Responsibilities Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate cross-functionally with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Retail, Wholesale (WHS), and Independent Retailer business channels that are aligned with business objectives and brand, and that ensure Baccarat's brand values and identity are reflected throughout. Partner Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key channel partners in Retail, WHS, and Independent Retailers - including boutiques, malls and shopping centers, independent reps, distributors, etc. to ensure effective execution of strategies, meeting of KPIs, and alignment with brand values. 1. Partner with the Head of Retail, the Head of Wholesale and their respective teams to understand the needs of these business channels and where Marketing can support, accounting for budgets and timelines. 2. Maintain strong lines of communication with retail GMs in Baccarat’s key markets of New York, Miami, Houston, Las Vegas, and Costa Mesa. Campaign Management: Implement commercial marketing campaigns based on global and local directives, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives, to drive brand awareness and sales, while defining KPIs and measuring ROI and maintaining Baccarat’s brand voice and ethos. CRM Management: Work with key stakeholders in Ecomm and Sales, as well as external agency partners (SalesForce) to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights, informing strategic decisions and product development. Develop and implement CRM campaigns that reflect a luxury consumer experience befitting the House of Baccarat. Written communications: Craft and articulate corporate communications for review by Head of Marketing, such as retail boutique client directives, product presentations, proofreading and editing of written material. Performance Measurement: In collaboration with Head of Marketing and Brand Marketing Manager, establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years within the luxury or premium brand industry, and 2 years in a Retail and/or Wholesale marketing function.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and measurement.
  • Strong knowledge of the North American luxury market and consumer trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of public relations and communications; PR experience a plus.
