About The Position

In this role, you will lead the development, management, and growth of strategic corporate partnerships, focusing on driving revenue and engagement across the East Region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for partner stakeholders, managing existing relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in corporate partnerships, account management, fundraising, sponsorships, or related fields.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Customer-focused and collaborative mindset with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • Preferred experience includes event planning, project management, or working with nationally recognized organizations or non-profits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of national corporate partners, serving as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies, including stewardship, engagement, and growth initiatives to increase revenue and impact.
  • Oversee all aspects of partner activation, including planning, reporting, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver contracted objectives.
  • Prepare status reports, analyze partner performance, and provide executive-level updates and recaps demonstrating value and impact.
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations, aiming to increase partnership revenue by at least 10% per cycle.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cause-related marketing trends and industry best practices.
  • Assist with financial forecasting, evaluating partner performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Travel as needed to support partner meetings and activation events.
