The Manager, Customer Marketing is responsible for developing and driving coordinated sales and marketing outreach strategies for the Staples Advantage business, specifically for Furniture buyers. He or she will lead with customer data and insights to develop plans that deliver a cohesive customer experience across touchpoints including sales, email, digital media and site. The Manager, Customer Marketing will work cross-functionally with multiple teams, including customer analytics, customer insights, merchandising, sales, creative agency, circulation, and vehicle owners.
