About The Position

The purpose of this role is to turn complexity into clear, actionable guidance helping create alignment across the Global Sales Organization stakeholders while making faster and auditable decisions. Your day to day  Support the growth of a high-performance team culture within the Global Sales Organization’s Strategy team. Biweekly publishing a fact pack analyzing and synthesize data from various sources (quantitative and qualitative), applying a sales lens, to inform decision-making options for the Global Sales Organization. Lead Owners’ Association updates between the Global Sales Organization leaders and other stakeholders Support Decision Intelligence as a single threaded leader for one or more of its work streams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Strategy, Finance or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • 5 years progressive work experience supporting strategic decision making with exposure to a broad range of business issues.
  • Demonstrated planning and project management skills to assess and develop strategic plans based on business needs and assessments.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with a proven ability to analyze markets, performance data, and business issues and draw insight/conclusions using financial modelling/analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint analysis.
  • Strong leadership acumen with ability to work across interdependent teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of a high-performance team culture within the Global Sales Organization’s Strategy team.
  • Biweekly publishing a fact pack analyzing and synthesize data from various sources (quantitative and qualitative), applying a sales lens, to inform decision-making options for the Global Sales Organization.
  • Lead Owners’ Association updates between the Global Sales Organization leaders and other stakeholders
  • Support Decision Intelligence as a single threaded leader for one or more of its work streams
  • Work alongside GSS Strategy Leads in development and measurement of GSS strategic plan.
  • Partnership with GIAD on modeling framework, automation, and consistent delivery.
  • Delivery of selected projects with Global Sales PMO and evaluation of impact.
