The Manager of Demand and Loyalty plays a central role in growing and strengthening the casino’s active rated player base. This position is responsible for driving qualified visitation that converts to rated play, increases trip frequency, and reinforces brand standards that define the guest experience.This role brings together performance marketing, CRM execution, creative coordination, and disciplined reinvestment to ensure the casino remains top of mind and competitively positioned in the local market. Every campaign, event promotion, and content initiative ultimately supports the same goal: sustained engagement on the casino floor.Hotel, Food & Beverage, and special events are activated strategically to extend guest visits and deepen loyalty to the core casino business.The Manager partners closely with Casino Operations, Data Insights, Finance, and external marketing agencies to ensure demand generation, brand expression, and promotional execution are aligned with operational realities and gaming regulations.
