Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
• 5-7 years Supply Chain Planning experience
• Financial management & business acumen skills
• Problem solving mindset, analytical skills

Nice To Haves

• SAP/ERP experience a plus

Responsibilities

• S&OP & planning leadership: Work with Sales/ Sales Planning, Merchandising, and leadership to generate calendar deadlines to support supply chain key milestones
• Production and supply management: Negotiate delivery schedules and execute purchase orders within OTB (Open-to-Buy) plans. Partner with Overseas offices and agents to negotiate XF dates based on factory capacity and manage production timelines to understand impact on production issues, such as delays/shortages etc.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, costing, sales planning, merchandising, marketing, and finance to close planning gaps and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Lead: Lead monthly initial markdown reviews in partnership with Finance to support inventory and margin objectives.
• People Leader: Supervise and mentor the Demand Specialist role, ensuring strong forecasting support and operational efficiency.
