Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to join Firehouse Subs as Manager of Development for US & Canada. This role is critical in driving the Brand’s expansion by managing the pipeline of new restaurant openings, closures, and renewals, while ensuring NRG compliance. This position serves as a key execution partner across multiple high-impact Development workstreams, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and disciplined execution of development initiatives that support sustained Brand growth. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Candidates should demonstrate high integrity, a strong sense of ownership, and coachability, along with a passion for supporting the success of the Brand, the team, and their own professional growth.
