About the position

In this role, you'll be instrumental in marketing our innovative digital products, ensuring our customers always receive the latest information and updates - from their inbox, to the app, and beyond. Responsibilities

  • Create, drive, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to promote mobile app adoption and engagement, increase customer contactability, launch emerging new products, and connect with our customers during moments that matter.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including channel strategy, intent refinement, project and test plan creation, resource management, and measurement.
  • Develop campaign creative or copy yourself when appropriate, and/or craft clear, compelling creative briefs for internal or external creative teams to execute.
  • Utilize Capital One's web content management platform and/or email builder to implement creative.
  • Partner closely with data teams to develop sophisticated customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Analyze results and highlight key findings, making actionable suggestions for future testing and optimization.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate marketing tests to continually improve performance.
  • Consistently seek out emerging digital channels and marketing tool enhancements, proactively looking for ways to leverage them in your campaigns.
  • Communicate within the cross-functional team and on behalf of the team to stakeholders and executives.
  • Influence prioritization of new or enhanced digital features that will deliver best-in-class experiences for Capital One consumers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 5 years of multi-channel digital marketing experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry
  • Experience with integration, merger, or acquisition communications strategies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Effective at communicating with and presenting to executive management in a compelling manner
  • Experience with website content strategy and familiarity with Content Management Systems (i.e. Bloomreach, Contentful, Wordpress)
