Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
  • Business Development Experience 5-7 years required
  • Fundraising Sales Experience 3-5 years required
  • Supervisory Experience 3-5 years required
  • Knowledge of fundraising strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with donors at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to meet or exceed fundraising targets.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide guidance to a team of donor services representatives, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring exceptional donor experiences throughout the giving process.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the donor services team, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed fundraising goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance donor retention rates, including donor recognition programs, personalized communication, and tailored giving opportunities.
  • Ensure fundraising practices adhere to ethical standards, industry regulations, and organizational policies.
