Job Summary: The Manager, E-Commerce, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of TWDC Store Operations, plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's online retail presence. This position is responsible for a broad spectrum of tasks that are essential for the smooth operation and growth of the e-commerce division. These include merchandise buying, fostering positive vendor relationships, developing effective online pricing strategies, managing purchase orders, overseeing inventory, and maintaining the e-commerce website. Additionally, the Manager, E-Commerce is charged with the management of the fulfillment and distribution department. This role will also manage the Fulfillment and Distribution Specialist and Coordinator in their daily duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Previous experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
  • Self-motivated and confident, with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of developing and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Degree in business, economics, marketing or related field preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the merchandising or retail industry is a plus.
  • Experience with merchandising software systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing everyday e-commerce site and fulfillment of product ensuring orders are processed successfully and in a timely matter.
  • Write and edit online product content; work with our graphic designer, digital designer and photographer to update graphics and marketing messages on e-commerce site.
  • Planning, monitoring and maintaining suitable online inventory levels.
  • Create innovative strategies to increase sales and drive more traffic to the online business.
  • Managing our fulfillment and distribution facility with 3 employees in that area
