The Manager, Employee Benefits Large, Complex, Key Accounts reports to the Director of Operations, Employee Benefits and will significantly contribute to the overall health and success of the Division by executing on strategies and strengthening processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and dynamic client experiences. This role serves as the standard-bearer of Acrisure’s performance culture and client-focused values. The Manager, Employee Benefits Large, Complex, Key Accounts plays a critical role in the execution of operational strategies and process improvements to enhance client retention, team efficiency, and overall business growth. This role is responsible for implementing policies, managing a team, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
