About The Position

The Manager, Employee Experience is responsible for setting enterprise direction for how Envision approaches engagement, connection, and belonging through intentional experiences that support leaders and teammates across the organization. This role translates business, brand, and talent priorities into a coherent engagement and experience strategy that strengthens leadership alignment, reinforces culture, and improves how teammates experience Envision. Operating in a complex healthcare environment where engagement work must demonstrate real impact, this role ensures engagement and experience efforts are focused, purposeful, and aligned to leadership expectations and operational realities. The Manager brings together engagement, listening, belonging, and enterprise experiences into a cohesive approach that supports the business and drives lasting impact.
