LastPass is looking for an Engineering Manager: In this role, you will lead the team responsible for developing the LastPass browser extension and shaping the future of LastPass web clients. As an Engineering Manager, you will drive initiatives to continuously improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications, while ensuring the team is aligned with broader product and business goals. You will be accountable for team performance and delivery, including prioritizing work, managing technical risk, and ensuring projects are executed effectively and on time. You’ll proactively identify opportunities for improvement—both technical and organizational—and foster clear, transparent communication with cross‑functional stakeholders. A deep understanding of customer needs, and a strong commitment to delivering real customer value, will be central to how you lead and make decisions. About the team: The team is responsible for building and maintaining core product experiences that enable users to securely manage and access their credentials. This includes owning the browser extension, the part of the product most users interact with daily. The team operates across multiple locations and time zones, collaborating closely to tackle complex challenges spanning platform integration, security, scalability, and user experience. Collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are at the heart of how the team works, ensuring high‑quality, reliable solutions for our customers.
