What you’ll do: Develop enterprise software platform, cloud migration, and system integrator partner strategies and business cases. Support the development of clients’ scope, sourcing strategy, and commercial objectives for enterprise software-centric transformation programs. Lead the strategic sourcing lifecycle to scope, select, and negotiate enterprise software, hyperscaler, and systems integrators for large transformation projects. Manage the development of financial models, define data requirements, identify assumptions, model cost-benefit analysis, and structure storyboards to communicate insights and results of analysis. Provide program and quality assurance and manage vendor performance. Achieve business development goals primarily through building networks with internal partners, educating channel partners on ES&E offerings, farming opportunities, and scoping projects/proposals. Originate and create methodologies, project assets and tools, and ensure maintenance of those assets. Support direction and strategy for functional, industry, or technology methodologies, quality assurance, and toolsets used within the practice. Author white papers and deliver presentations (internal and external) on innovations, best practices, and methodologies. Gain visibility and build West Monroe brand through interviews, writing articles, and/or providing quotes for trade journals.
