Responsibilities include conducting global market research to identify drivers and opportunities, understanding customer behavior across OTT HydroMet brands, and developing commercial strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitable growth. This role collaborates closely with sales, service, product management, and marketing communications teams to ensure seamless strategy execution. This position may also lead cross-functional or company-wide initiatives to support organizational priorities and will be located in Loveland, Colorado or Fellbach, Germany, working on‑site or hybridly with remote applicants considered.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, market research, commercial strategy, product management, or innovation
  • BSc/BA required, MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics), CRM systems, and market research methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify global growth opportunities.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new applications for existing products and support annual strategic reviews.
  • Evaluate and develop go-to-market strategies for potential M\&A targets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Lead evaluations of third-party portfolios for synergy opportunities.
