About The Position

Position supports assigned Enterprise division, geographic market, or hospital campuses working directly with finance and senior leadership to analyze and provide financial information and data for decision making. Evaluates campus performance and looks for process improvements that generate favorable returns to the operating margin.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 4 years in Finance, Accounting and or Healthcare.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
• 4 years experience in Healthcare Finance.
• CPA - Certified Public Accountant - State of Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Supports monthly financial performance review of assigned portfolios activity.
• Compiles projections and vets assumptions on initiatives or opportunities to grow the market utilizing various financial, corporate and clinical systems.
• Performs market analysis to understand viability of opportunities and initiatives and evaluates plan performance to assess success.
• Strategic analysis of opportunities to provide action items to achieve or exceed budget including identify opportunities for efficiencies, lowering costs or increasing revenue.
