This role includes the development of forecasts, analysis of business performance, and preparation of external financial materials that reflect the company’s strategic direction. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both internal and external stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams while gaining exposure to investor relations activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA strongly preferred)
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investor relations
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in multi‑unit retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel and FP&A system expertise
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling insights for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with public company reporting and investor communications
  • Strong business acumen, collaborative mindset, and executive‑level communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or CFA strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage company‑wide forecasts, long‑range plans, and rolling scenarios to support agile decision‑making
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, delivering clear variance analysis and trend insights
  • Evaluate key business drivers across revenue, labor, and cost structures to inform pricing, unit economics, and capital investments
  • Create dashboards, leadership reports, QBR materials, and Board‑ready financial updates
  • Support investor relations by helping prepare earnings materials, presentations, and leadership talking points
  • Monitor market trends, peer performance, and analyst coverage to inform external messaging
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align financial plans with strategic and operational priorities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop analysts while contributing to broader cross-functional initiatives
