MasterBrand Cabinets LLC – a leader in the U.S. Cabinet Manufacturing Industry - is looking for a confident, results-oriented Manager, Full Access Marketing & Training to join a high-performing and passionate team responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the MasterBrand’s Dealer Segment Marketing and Training. The selected candidate will report to the Director, Brand & Product Strategy, KC, VSC FA, UE and work intimately with Product, Sales, Customer Service, Creative, Digital, and other internal teams as well as external partners to develop and execute Marketing programs and Train our internal and external stakeholders. This non-supervisory role but will own and orchestrate and execute the marketing campaigns and product launch readiness in support of the brands this leader owns. This will require extensive cross-functional collaboration. The chosen candidate will be collaborative, driven, excited to try new approaches, and care deeply about the customer experience with an eye always on positioning MasterBrand as the preferred partner of choice. The position is remote, and the selected candidate must be located in the continental United States, preferably on the West Coast (California, Washington, or Oregon).
