As a Capabilities & Learning Manager, you will join the Global Capabilities & Learning (C&L) Organization and be responsible for designing and delivering Capabilities & L earning P rograms , workshops, and resources that enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams, ultimately driving business growth and efficiency under the direction of the Director , Capabilities & Learning Marketing & R&D . Essential Functions & Responsibilities Own the design, development, and delivery of a capabilities & learning portfolio on a global scale, including overall project management, instructional design, budgeting, and vendor management where appropriate in partnership and collaboration with different solution partners ( e.g. Global and Zone F unctional L eads , IT, and HRBPs ) . Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation. Think beyond just learning, driving integrated approach that encompasses process and technology to truly unlock behavior change Design the end-to-end learning experience for curriculums across a variety of modalities including live in-person, virtual live , on-demand, and job-aides. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Manage budget and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Capability & Learning programs.
