The Manager of Global Project Controlling & Financial Planning & Analysis will play a critical leadership role in driving global project financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and finance transformation initiatives. Partnering closely with the Director of Finance, this position oversees project cost control, budgeting, reporting, and FP&A activities across U.S. and Mexico operations. The ideal candidate brings deep project finance expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a track record of improving financial systems and processes in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controlling, FP&A, or a finance leadership role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading finance transformation initiatives and implementing financial systems and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of project finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred), financial platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of project costing, standard costing, GAAP, and cash flow management.
