What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role Experience, Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience. 4+ years of direct people management, including hiring, conducting reviews, supporting development, and succession planning. Skilled at building strong teams, promoting communication, and maintaining a positive, high-performing work environment. Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations and financial regulations. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and core operational platforms critical to Transfer Agency management. Expertise in diagnosing complex system issues, optimizing workflows across departments, and establishing best practices through the development of robust, organization-wide documentation standards. Experience guiding teams through complex processes, providing hands-on support and practical solutions to keep everyone productive and confident during system changes. Strong communicator and strategic thinker. Organized and compliance focused. Empathetic leadership, able to support and motivate diverse teams. Adaptable and resilient in fast-changing environments.
