About The Position

ITS Logistics is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and organized individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Graphic Designer Manager. Under the general direction of the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will design and produce graphic art, video, and visual materials for digital and print media. This role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver design projects aligned within the brand guidelines, continuously improving our processes and quality. The Graphic Designer Manager will contribute to the creative process, playing an integral role in developing first class marketing materials and building the ITS brand.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Training/certification or equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience
  • Experience designing in both digital and print formats preferred (HTML a plus)
  • Ability to perform basic photography and photo editing
  • Knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design, branding, and production management.

  • Proven ability to effectively plan and lead projects from inception to implementation.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement an improved process cohesively, involving multiple party stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing and visual communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence and work with team members towards a common goal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, without compromising quality or customer care.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to perform professional photography and advanced photo editing a plus
  • Preferred experience using a variety of design and editing tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
  • Videography and video editing experience in application like Adobe Premiere Pro a plus

Responsibilities

  • Creates and executes design solutions and collateral used for marketing, advertising, sales, and other forms of communication.
  • Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
  • Designs and produces complete marketing campaigns, sales materials, presentations, email, web and social graphics, logos, info graphics, illustrations, flyers, ads, and more
  • Works on several creative projects simultaneously, maintaining brand standards and supporting cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
  • Creates project timelimes and execution plans to get work with external vendors completed on time and within budget.
  • Stays up to date with design trends, software applications and technology, with a hunger for continued education.
  • Manages student design worker (when applicable) including hiring, working with the university/college staff, and making sure projects are assigned and completed.
  • Manages, organizes and archives brand, design and image assets.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
