About the position

The Marketing team at RTA is looking for a Manager, Growth Manager to amplify our brand presence and ensure we’re always top-of-mind for fleet management professionals. You’ll be the driving force behind where, when, and how our message gets seen—whether that’s through digital ads, content syndication, event sponsorships, or creative offline placements. Your mission is to make RTA the go-to name in fleet management—recognized, respected, and always top-of-mind. The right person will have a sharp growth marketing mindset, a strong data analysis skillset, and an eye for creative, compelling campaign execution. You’ll own our paid media and campaign distribution strategy, manage a $500K+ marketing budget, and optimize everything from brand awareness to pipeline contribution and revenue. This role is for someone who loves testing, learning, and iterating, while collaborating across teams to ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and product strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-channel demand generation strategy across paid, organic, and partner channels.
  • Distribute content in multiple formats to meet ideal customers where they are—ensuring broad reach and engagement.
  • Develop and execute ABM campaigns to engage target accounts.
  • Optimize strategies to attract and nurture our ideal clients, and expand existing clients.
  • Ensure integrated messaging and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives.
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners to expand reach and influence, that ultimately build pipeline.
  • Manage co-branded marketing efforts, ensuring alignment on messaging and execution.
  • Track and report on partner campaign performance to maximize effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze performance across both paid and organic channels, identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize website conversion funnels to maximize lead generation.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for Hubspot landing pages, CTAs, and messaging.
  • Manage HubSpot dashboards to measure lead generation, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
  • Own budget optimization.
  • Have a strong creative skillset with the ability to design visually compelling ads using Adobe Suite.
  • Develop ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional assets that align with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent branding and engaging visuals across all marketing channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.
  • Proven experience leading ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget of $500K+.
  • Strong data analysis skillset.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and other MAP systems.
  • Fluency in paid media strategy and channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Trade Publications Ads.
  • Ability to build visually engaging ads and analyze campaign performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in government/public sector marketing.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Interest in continuous learning and personal growth.
