Manager II Sales Support Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Manager II Sales Support is responsible for managing the activities within a sales support unit. How you will make an impact: Develops processes for consistency. Manages sales support activities which may include one or more of the following functions: broker call center, sales support staff, field service, sales training and technology, broker administration, proposals, product development, or material distribution. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
