About The Position

The Manager III-PM User Acceptance Testing position involves overseeing business testing on technical solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements. The role includes leading UAT strategy, planning, and execution for projects of varying complexity. Responsibilities include developing and managing test strategies, creating and reviewing test cases for traceability, executing test cases, and validating defect resolutions. The manager will also coordinate cross-application dependencies and downstream impacts with IT and business teams, advocate for automation solutions and AI-driven testing approaches, and monitor UAT performance results to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Typically 7+ years in UAT, QA, or related roles, with leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Delivery Framework.
  • Experience in Commercial Banking or Financial Services preferred.
  • Familiarity with Online Banking applications is a plus.
  • Proven success implementing automated testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of accessibility testing tools and WCAG standards.

Nice To Haves

  • ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
  • Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred.
