The position involves executing tactical marketing plans as set by the Director of Marketing to exceed plan, tour flow, cost/sales efficiency, and net volume targets for local Marketing. The role requires recruiting, hiring, and training Team Members for Marketing programs, managing relationships with Resort Operations, Sales, and Direct Marketing, and coordinating all tour flow for respective Sales Centers. The candidate will champion Hilton quality customer care culture throughout all Marketing channels and maintain performance management standards, compensation plans, and reporting for Marketing programs. Additionally, the role includes developing and managing relationships with local vendors, attractions, restaurants, and hotel partners to support regional needs, as well as securing new business through IPC and In House tours and future business through FPS Sales.
