You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. The IT Manager is responsible for the oversight of coordination of execution and performance of the IT Finance Automation Platform Team to support the Accounting and Treasury technical solutions. They work with peers and their direct reports to continuously improve the outcomes of the Platform via refinement of the documentation artifacts, business engagement, and delivery practices of the team. The IT Manager possesses demonstrated leadership skills, is an active thought partner and application visionary who shapes the technology demand among the business community. The ideal candidate is someone who is/has: Confident self-starter capable of setting plans, driving projects to completion A team leader with experience leading Agile development and support teams. Excellent facilitation and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience translating technical concepts and decisions to non-technical staff. Must be able to interact with all areas of business. Experienced with financial services industry, Accounting and Treasury, ideally within Private Equity. Software Engineering experience, or management of engineers Experience in handling vendor relationships and leading near-shore and off-shore teams Solid attention to detail, focus on execution of tasks, and adaptability to meet changing timelines and priorities. Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to align system improvements with organizational goals
