About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Dallas Mavericks are seeking a high character leader who is passionate about developing entry-level sales professionals. We are looking for a leader who can easily build relationships, lead a diverse group of individuals, and is dedicated to training and developing others. The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and mentoring of the entry-level Sales Associate team, with a focus on teaching the sales process and driving ticket sales revenues. They need to be willing to support, grow, develop, and mentor to help each Sales Associate reach their potential and prepare them for future opportunities within the Mavericks organization. JOB FUNCTION: Continuously recruit the best in character, personality, and professionalism to create a team that reflects the values of the Mavericks. Hire, onboard, train, and develop Sales Associates preparing them for future promotions within the Mavericks organization. Focus on increasing the Sales Associates’ sales and revenue including- full and partial season memberships, group tickets, premium seats, and nightly suite rentals. Partner with our sales leadership team to ensure best practices for lead generation, call campaigns, sales strategies, new sales products, and new technologies. Positively contribute to the sales team culture by being a team player and collaborating with internal and external resources. Requirements
