About The Position

Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns that drive awareness of IHG Hotels & Resorts and an assigned portfolio of brands, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals, brand positioning, and regional strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Five to seven years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position, including brand marketing or campaign management.
  • Demonstrated marketing experience in organizing, planning, and executing small- to large-scale campaigns from conception through implementation
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business objectives and strategy into marketing campaigns
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with extreme attention to detail, accuracy and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute 360 integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels (regionally and globally)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated marketing plans, including Omni-Channel Marketing, Paid Media, Creative Services, PR, Social, Brand Strategy, and Analytics
  • Manage cross-functional teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide recommendations for campaign optimizations
