Job Summary: Responsible for the design and deployment of Adventist Health's system global missions program. This role is responsible for developing the initial program design and implementation of an approved system strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, business or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
  • One year's leadership experience: Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Designs system strategy for global mission initiative deployment across Adventist Health markets.
  • Supports existing markets in individual global mission program development where programs already exist.
  • Develops Adventist Health footprint for sustainable in-country project development.
  • Structures communications for promotion, marketing, and storytelling of mission trips and long-term impact.
  • Collaborates with internal AH networks to develop systems for future fundraising and donations.
  • Develops standardized process and procedures for equipment donations and materials management.
  • Establishes standardized internal policies and procedures for global mission work.
  • Develops overseas in-country partnerships for ongoing program development and sustainability.
  • Creates an engaging workplace and encourages others to contribute creative and innovative approaches to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
