Job Summary: Provides leadership and coordination for the activities of the Enterprise Program Office (ePMO) and IT Delivery Team. This position will lead a team of project managers, program managers, delivery analysts and testers to define and execute projects. This includes project planning and project execution within budget and committed delivery timeframes. This position will communicate directly with internal and external customers to define technical requirements, a delivery plan and schedule, and provide status updates. The Manager will be responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing project plans to drive Shentel teams to meet business expectations and project delivery dates. This position is also responsible for the management and success assurance of multiple direct reports in a team environment including individual development, team building strategies, and conflict resolution.
