About The Position

As the Supplier Insights and Enablement Manager in Data Ventures Customer Success, you will design and deliver experiences that equip Scintilla Charter Clients to apply Walmart merchandising–related knowledge to real business problems using Walmart’s 1st‑party data. You will translate your hands‑on understanding of Merchandising, Replenishment, Category Advisership, Modular Planning, Supply Chain, or Supplier engagement into practical guidance that empowers external Scintilla users to perform their roles more effectively. Being part of Customer Success means you’ll play a central role in ensuring users get maximum value from Scintilla—through structured sessions, guiding resources, user community engagement, and customer health initiatives that help clients confidently apply data‑driven insights to their everyday workflows. You’ll sweep us off our feet if… You have deep experience in Corporate Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, Category Insights, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Modular Planning, Assortment Analytics, and working with Supplier account teams, and you can translate that experience into clear, role‑specific guidance for external users. You’re an expert presenter and written communicator—able to simplify complex merchandising processes and data concepts. You are an effective data storyteller who can bridge the “what,” “so what,” and “now what” for users. You have a proven ability to approach, analyze, and apply data in new, creative, and unconventional ways—and can show others how to do the same. You’re passionate about connecting your Walmart experience with the power of Scintilla to help Charter Clients understand how to use the data in the same ways high‑performing Walmart teams do. You’ll make an impact by… Developing, managing, and delivering a broad portfolio of live webinar content: Build sessions that not only explain Scintilla features, but demonstrate how those features connect to real‑world merchandising practices like Replenishment, Category Advisership, Inventory Health, and Business Analytics. Facilitating deeper dives into specific merchandising areas: Provide practical guidance that helps external associates and suppliers use data more effectively in their roles—whether building an assortment, diagnosing inventory issues, or advising a category. Collaborating with the Data Ventures product team: Bring your Walmart background and merchandising expertise to the table to inform product enhancements and ensure Scintilla continues to evolve in ways that support how merchants, suppliers, and analysts actually work.
