Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours. Partner with key leaders in the Learning and Development organization and audience stakeholders to facilitate the development and delivery of best-in-class interactive learning modules to drive both internal and external customer effectiveness. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning content and programs and collaborate with the business partners and learning and development leaders on identifying content gaps and/or opportunities for future improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in corporate communication, HR, training and development emphasis
  • At least 5+ years managing or leading a team
  • At least 7+ years training experience
  • Superior facilitation and presentation skills for various audience sizes for live and remote
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert knowledge and experience with various assessment types and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels in the organization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading remote workforce preferred
  • Prior interviewing and staffing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality learning content and learning programs.
  • Analyze business needs, recommend solutions, design, develop, implement, and evaluate/follow-up on learning initiatives.
  • Continually develop knowledge and application of adult learning theory and stay current with new industry trends.
  • Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Manage standard operating procedures to ensure consistent development and delivery of all training programs.
  • Incorporate current and emerging learning technology for live and remote audiences.
  • Manage projects for on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality deliverables.
  • Establish and achieve fiscal year goals for the learning and development team.
  • Management responsibilities include employee development, hiring, and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management, and coaching.
  • Makes decision on alignment of resources to top priorities and client’s needs including assigning trainers to programs, scheduling, and readiness to train advanced programs
  • Duties may include managing shared services for internal learning and development teams.
  • Create a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality learning content and programs, including the analysis of business needs, solution recommendation, design, development, implementation, and evaluation/follow-up.
  • Partner with internal shared service teams to determine learning objectives and appropriate modalities for training.
  • Observes trainers in F2F or virtual classroom setting to assess and continuously develop their content expertise, platform skills, and ability to engage participants in learning.
  • Coach and develop skills of the team to maximize today’s opportunity while preparing them for tomorrow.
