Role The Manager, Maintenance Operations is a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring the continuous upkeep, structural integrity, and operational readiness of all Tower, Rooftop, and essential infrastructure assets within a designated geographic area. This role is maintenance-focused, emphasizing preventative programs, rapid response to service issues, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The manager will lead a team of Maintenance Process Managers and Operation Coordinators to execute maintenance strategies, resolve site issues, and ensure optimal performance of all physical assets. Furthermore, you will facilitate the development of team skills and competencies. Responsible for the effective management of the team to ensure the swift resolution of site and network trouble tickets and the routine maintenance of structures and networks. Ensure compliance with all Service Level Agreements. Must also be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers. In addition, the manager will oversee maintenance-related financial planning, including budget development, cost control, and forecasting, to ensure efficient allocation of resources and alignment with organizational strategies and financial goals.
