This position is responsible to drive brand growth and accelerate market share of incremental and new business lines for L'Oreal Paris Hair Care by developing innovative strategies and go-to-market plans for both new launches and cores businesses with executional excellence. In addition, the Marketing Manager responsibilities includes owning and uncovering deep consumer insights to initiate breakthrough communications, data-driven marketing alongside media analysis and recommendations. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to performing business & competitive analyses supporting all pillars of the hair care team, marketing budget/financial control, and preparing presentations for top management meetings.
