Job Description: This role will be a trusted advisor to SKYRIZI Psoriatic commercial leadership, leveraging superior customer and marketplace understanding that will deliver insights highlighting business opportunities and guiding brand strategy. The Manager of Marketing Analytics will design, implement, manage, analyze, and effectively communicate marketing analytics initiatives. This individual will derive high-impact learnings from behavioral analytics, which includes developing and deploying analytic solutions based on business needs and supporting the measurement of brand strategies and tactics at a national and sub-national level. The ability to influence decisions based upon careful and strategic thinking and understanding of the business is critical to success. This position’s primary objectives: The Manager will partner with brand teams to help formulate commercial brand strategy, identify tactical opportunities, lead insight discovery, and develop metrics and practices for measuring and improving marketing and promotional tactics, campaigns, and initiatives. This role will collaborate with key APEX partners (Patient Services, Market Access, etc) and other cross-functional partners and internal customers such as Finance and Marketing to design, build, and implement reporting, analytics, and optimization solutions as well as develop a holistic perspective and recommendations to commercial team stakeholders.
