About The Position

Kith is seeking a Manager, Marketing Strategy, for their growing F&B unit, which includes established Cafe concepts and Kith Treats. New York's first dedicated cereal bar, Kith Treats was founded in 2015 as part of the Kith experience, and now operates a total of seventeen shops located inside all Kith flagships globally. This role will report to the Vice President of Content, & Marketing Strategy, and work closely with the Senior Director, Operations Food & Beverage.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of marketing experience in the Food & Beverage realm
  • A tireless sense of creativity and the desire to breed a loyal audience that's consistently primed to be surprised, delighted and impressed
  • A broad awareness for the ways relevant aspects of the marketing matrix play out across different verticals in and outside of our space, including media and influencer relations, LTOs and loyalty programs
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across key teams cross-functionally
  • An uncompromising discipline for our brand standard, as well as an openness to explore new avenues for growth, reach and problem solving
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with high attention to detail and a thorough sense of follow through
  • An innovative, resourceful, self-starter mentality
  • An ability to respond and react to tight deadlines, shifting priorities and the needs of the brand on a micro and macro level
  • A keen understanding of the Kith brand, who it serves and how our audience behaves
  • A deep understanding of the social media landscape and ease in navigating major platforms including TikTok, Twitter and Instagram

Responsibilities

  • Asset development and distribution
  • Communicate the brand’s visual asset needs for each project to the Content team and oversee and lead execution of their creation
  • Create social media communication strategies, conduct community management, pull and analyze performance analytics
  • Author all consumer-facing marketing materials, including social copy, blog copy, loyalty emails and digital newsletters
  • Develop and ideate creative for F&B content development
  • Work cross-functionally with Photo, Retouch, Art Direction, & Culinary Development teams
  • Manage the brand’s mainstay programming and Limited Time Offering (LTO) calendar
  • Work alongside Partnerships division to support deliverables throughout all phases of the partnership process
  • Lead marketing efforts across all global Kith Treats markets
  • Manage local programming, digital marketing, and retail activations
  • Be and remain acutely aware of food and cultural trends, relevant happenings and the competitive landscape
  • Mood board, ideation, develop copy, social media management, release calendar rollout
  • Work closely with treats graphics team across marketing efforts
  • Ability to pitch ideas to Executive leadership
