Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • 10–15 years of experience in an office or business environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross departmental projects with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and oversees all Central Services programs, directing staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery across project management, contract management, general services, security badging, fleet coordination, mailroom operations, and equipment disposition.
  • Develops, coaches, and evaluates staff; implements procedures and workflows; and partners with IT to digitize forms, automate processes, and enhance efficiency and reporting Authority‑wide.
  • Manages key operational programs—including copier maintenance, P‑Card administration, surplus equipment and auction activities—and facilitates cross‑functional coordination to support seamless moves, communications, and customer service initiatives.
  • Provides financial and budget oversight, maintains accurate vehicle and equipment records, supports ERP system implementation, and serves as the Authorized Signatory for SIDA badging to ensure compliance and operational continuity.
