About The Position

This role is responsible for driving the development, optimization, and delivery of tools, workflows, and sales experiences that empower field sales teams and distribution partners to achieve business objectives. Acting as a product owner for field-facing systems, the Manager will translate sales needs into actionable plans, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency. The position involves leading cross-functional projects, supporting integrations, improving data and reporting capabilities, and enabling targeted campaigns to improve engagement and performance. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that requires collaboration across leadership, technology, operations, and sales teams to ensure the continuous improvement of partner and field experiences. The role supports remote work while requiring occasional travel to engage with teams and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales technology
  • Experience managing or owning Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting field sales or B2B distribution channels
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience in insurance, automotive, financial services, or membership-based industries
  • Familiarity with comparative raters or rating engine integrations

Responsibilities

  • Act as product owner for field-facing workflows and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner needs
  • Translate field insights and strategic priorities into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable project plans
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Technology, Operations, Product, and Underwriting to enhance sales processes and integrations
  • Identify process friction and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and partner experience
  • Oversee book roll activities and manage comparative rater integrations for accurate quoting and partner operations
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and Tableau reports to provide actionable insights for sales leadership
  • Support Salesforce Sales Cloud campaigns, including audience selection, content preparation, campaign setup, and reporting
