About The Position

The Manager of Inventory & Cost Accounting is a hands‑on finance leader responsible for all aspects of cost accounting, inventory analysis, and manufacturing financial insights across four Milwaukee-based facilities (manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and remanufacturing operations). This role builds and leads the cost accounting function, partners deeply with Operations, and develops the systems, processes, and discipline needed to strengthen margin transparency, inventory accuracy, and production costing. This leader will manage and mentor the Cost Accountant while driving higher-level analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is both a builder and a doer—comfortable creating structure where needed and rolling up their sleeves to solve problems in real time.
