About The Position

The Manager of Learning and Growth is responsible for advancing instructional excellence and educator development across EAGLE College Prep Schools. This role supports teachers and school leaders through coaching, professional learning, and data-driven planning to ensure strong student outcomes and consistent instructional systems across the campuses. The Manager maintains a caseload of teachers for coaching and development, supports principals in strengthening instruction, and helps translate academic data into clear action plans. This role ensures the organization’s instructional systems, assessments, curriculum, and professional learning are implemented with fidelity and aligned to EAGLE’s mission, vision, and academic priorities. This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with the national, regional, and school leaders and teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree education or related field; master’s degree in Educational Leadership, or Curriculum and Assessment preferred
  • Valid Arizona Department Public Safety IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • At least 3 years of instructional coaching or school leadership experience
  • Demonstrated record of improving student achievement
  • Experience analyzing student data and using data to drive program improvement
  • Proven ability to create, implement, and monitor systems, processes, and workflows across teams
  • Experience working with multiple teams and levels of leadership
  • Strong proficiency with technological applications and comfort learning new systems, dashboards, and tracking tools
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Instructional Coaching and Teacher Development: Maintain a caseload of teachers and provide ongoing coaching cycles
  • Instructional Coaching and Teacher Development: Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback
  • Instructional Coaching and Teacher Development: Support teachers in lesson planning, instructional delivery, and classroom culture
  • Instructional Coaching and Teacher Development: Model effective instructional practices and co-teach when appropriate
  • Instructional Coaching and Teacher Development: Support new teacher onboarding and early-career teacher development
  • Instructional Coaching and Teacher Development: Help principals implement strong coaching and feedback systems on campus
  • Data and Analysis and Action Planning: Lead regional and campus analysis of academic data
  • Data and Analysis and Action Planning: Support campuses in creating data-driven instructional action plans
  • Data and Analysis and Action Planning: Partner with principals to monitor progress toward academic goals
  • Data and Analysis and Action Planning: Prepare clear and concise data reports for regional and campus leadership
  • Data and Analysis and Action Planning: Support implementation of assessment calendars and systems
  • Professional Learning and Instructional Systems: Design and facilitate professional development
