About The Position

The Marketing and Family Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the mission of EAGLE College Prep Schools by implementing and managing marketing, communications, enrollment, and family engagement initiatives across all campuses. This position is responsible for executing strategic marketing efforts that strengthen school visibility, drive student enrollment and retention, and intentionally cultivate a consistent, high-quality family experience. Working in partnership with the Regional Executive Director, school leaders, enrollment teams, and school staff, the Manager of Marketing and Family Engagement ensures alignment in messaging, outreach efforts, and brand presentation across campuses. Through thoughtful coordination, data analysis, and continuous improvement, this role supports the development of systems that enhance lead generation, improve conversion processes, and cultivate strong family relationships. The Manager serves as a regional champion of the EAGLE family experience, guiding campuses in implementing effective communication and engagement practices while supporting strategic initiatives that advance enrollment stability, family satisfaction, and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and family-friendly content
  • Experience managing or contributing to social media platforms and digital communication channels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with common marketing and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, social media platforms, content scheduling tools)
  • Experience working with families in educational or community settings (2-3 years preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Conversational Spanish skills is a plus
  • Ability to build relationships with families and assist with translating marketing and school communications
  • Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing and communication initiatives that align with EAGLE College Prep Schools’ mission, brand, and enrollment goals
  • Design and manage marketing activities across campuses, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity
  • Partner with the National Director of Marketing to create and manage content for digital and print platforms including social media, email communications, websites, and print materials
  • Develop and manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and shared resources to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and organizational standards
  • Develop and manage photography, video, and creative assets to highlight scholar achievement, school culture, and staff engagement.
  • Partner with the Regional Executive Director and Principals to establish performance metrics (e.g., social media engagement, email open rates) and utilize the data to inform marketing strategies
  • Support and coordinate lead generation efforts and outreach to prospective families
  • Manage campus tours, open houses, and recruitment events
  • Oversee the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure records are current and reconciled with the student information system.
  • Lead enrollment and retention campaigns throughout the year
  • Recommend process improvements based on enrollment data trends
  • Implement EAGLE’s 5 Keys of Customer Service across campuses
  • Partner with school leaders to ensure consistent, welcoming, and responsive family interactions
  • Create and administer annual and pulse parent/family surveys
  • Analyze survey results and develop action plans to improve family satisfaction and engagement
  • Track family experience data and report trends and recommended next steps
  • Support the development of family communication systems that are clear and timely
  • Develop systems that build strong family relationships and increase retention
  • Support campuses in the planning and execution of family events and engagement opportunities
  • Lead community outreach initiatives and local partnerships
  • Represent the schools at events, community activities, and recruitment opportunities
  • Coordinate local partnerships that support enrollment growth
  • Track effectiveness of outreach initiatives
  • Lead or support special projects as assigned by the Regional Executive Director
  • Provide direction and guidance to campus enrollment staff
  • Serve as regional point of contact for brand compliance
  • Facilitate collaboration between campuses and national marketing partners
  • Ensure alignment between regional marketing efforts and campus implementation
  • Support strategic initiatives tied to enrollment, retention, and brand development
  • Develop marketing and enrollment reports
  • Support annual strategic planning tied to enrollment and retention
  • Willingness to travel and adjust work schedules, including evenings and weekends and attend community events and fulfill outreach needs.
