About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Manager of Vendor Success with our growing Data & Analytics team. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and can be located in Richmond, VA; Peachtree Corners, GA; Brentwood, TN; or Beaverton, OR – on a hybrid basis. The Manager of Vendor Success will lead a team of specialists and analysts responsible for executing and optimizing Corpay’s electronic payment operations and analytics. This role combines operational oversight with strategic data-driven leadership to ensure accurate transaction processing, campaign performance, and continuous improvement across vendor enrolment and analytics functions. You will report directly to the Sr. Director, Master Data Mgt & Vendor Success and regularly collaborate with the wider Data and Vendor Success teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in electronic payments, vendor enrollment, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of master data management processes and card payables.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and cross-team data management projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through change and ambiguity.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for operational excellence.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of Product Specialists, Specialty Payments Specialists, and Campaign Analysts.
  • Setting performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and support professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Operational Oversight
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of Corpay Direct, NVP Pay, PayForYou, and Straight Through Processing transactions.
  • Monitor SLAs and proactively address transaction failures or system issues.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., Billtrust, Boost) to resolve escalations.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses to support campaign and operational performance.
  • Guiding the team in identifying data quality issues, root causes, and opportunities for automation or process improvement.
  • Translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership and strategic campaign advisors.
  • Process Improvement & Strategy
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across vendor enrollment and analytics workflows.
  • Champion the use of business intelligence tools and automation to streamline reporting and data management.
  • Partnering with leadership to align team efforts with broader departmental and organizational goals.
